Volunteer Opportunities

Anticipation and excitement is in the air! Anyone who is interested in volunteering to be a part of the 2010 Texas State Senior Games (TSSG) is welcome to join us! The 2010 TSSG is a qualifying game for the 2011 National Summer Senior Games that will also be held in Houston , Texas in June 2011.

The TSSG consists of over 20 different competitive and recreational sports and events. Join over 400 volunteers who help to make these games such a huge success. A listing of the different volunteer opportunities is available by clicking on the link below.Volunteer responsibilities may vary according to the sport and event but generally the volunteer responsibilities can include the following:

*Participants check-in
*Hospitality set-up
*Score keeping and/or timing
*Event set-up and Clean up

Volunteers will all receive a 2010 TSSG souvenir t-shirt as well as snacks and drinks at most events. Some events include lunch.
